Sheepdog: planning, problem solving and communication

This is an excellent outdoor team exercise. The team have to plan a language (using props provided by the instructor) and then elect a Shepherd. The remaining members of the team are blindfolded and spread around the venue. The Shepherd then has to guide the flock back to safety of the sheep pen!
