Our company has been providing dynamic outdoor team building activities for nearly twenty years and we are constantly adding to our portfolio of events. If you have an idea for an event then just ask us and we will help transform it into reality!

Our activities are all fully portable and we can attend any venue in the UK. We have even run events as far afield as Strasbourg, Berlin, Madrid and Majorca- in March 2014 we have been asked to take our Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting system all the way to Geneva for an event! We also have a great range of indoor team building activities if you are booked into a venue with limited outdoor space.

    Fun Outdoor Team Building Activity

    Lost Inca Treasure Trail:

    The teams are faced with a race against time to find the buried treasure! Using an ancient Inca Manuscript each team has to locate and complete a series of challenges laid out within the grounds of the venue.

    Successful completion of each task will be rewarded with a clue or vital piece of equipment- such as an ancient "Inca Divining Rod"!

    The finale of this fun outdoor team activity involves all of the teams in a head to head race to find the buried hoard!

    Whacky Races!

    This has been one of our most popular team activities of the past few seasons. It's a crazy activity where teams have to design, build and brand their very own Formula 1 car!

    The teams are all given an identical set of equipment and have a strict spec sheet to adhere to. Kart specifications include alloy wheels, spoilers and full sponsorship branding. This team activity calls for teamwork, creativity, leadership and a sense of humour is a definite must!

    The event cumulates in a hilarious and oftem calamatous Grand Prix!

    Team Treasure Hunts

    Team Treasure Hunts:

    Phoenix Leisure have a great slection of Treasure Hunts at venues throughout the UK and Europe. A Treasure Hunt is an excellent outdoor team building activity that is suitable for both large and small groups. It's always a fun way to spend an afternoon getting to know a new town or city.

    Our Treasure Hunts are fully managed and consist of three parts:

  • Traditional Clue Trail

  • Team Tasks

  • Photo Challenges


    • We have routes set up for locations including Bristol, Bath, Winchester, Cardiff, Swansea, Exeter, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester, Torquay, Derby and many other locations. If it's not listed then we will create a bespoke route for you!

    Country Sports

    A traditional Country Sports afternoon makes for an excellent corporate team building event, whether it's for entertaining important guests or rewarding loyal staff. Activities can include a selection of the following:

  • Duck Herding

    Mission Impossible Outdoor Team Buildign Activity

    Mission Impossible

    Your "Mission", should you choose to accept it is to rescue "Postman Pat" from a gang of ruthless international kidnappers! All we know is that the kidnappers have left Pat tied to a tree somewhere in the grounds of the venue. Groups will face a series of team challenges as they hunt for clues:

  • Spiders Web

  • The Virus

  • Space Escape

  • Rope Square

  • Druids Maze


    • This is a fun outdoor team building activity with the emphasis on teamwork, trust, leadership and communication.
