Phoenix Leisure are always looking for new staff to join our Events Team. In particular, we are looking for freelance instructors who display the following traits:
Polite and presentable
Self motivated
Good sense of humour
Reliable
Good timekeeping
Ability to work under pressure
Sociable and willing to interact with colleagues
Ability to show initiative
If you don’t already have any “event experience” then don't worry- you will receive full training on the job under the supervision of one of our existing instructors.
Phoenix Leisure travel all over the UK so long hours are often part of the job. It is essential that you are reliable as our whole reputation depends on turning up on time and doing a good job with a smile on our faces.
Freelance instructors will ideally have a clean driving licence and be over 21 years of age. Because we work all over the UK it doesn’t matter where you live.
